Cultivate a harmonious relationship between your voice and body with Friday Sounds.
You’ll experience a holistic approach to voice exploration that goes beyond traditional vocal training. We will create a world where your voice becomes an instrument of self-expression, creativity, and personal growth.
These relaxed and playful vocal workshops will give you time and space to hone your somatic understanding and develop your vocal improvisatory skills.
There will be lots and lots of singing and movement as we find creative ways to explore sound and nature, celebrating the changing seasons and natural world around us.
All are welcome to these sessions. No prior experience with movement or voice improvisation required.
Space is limited to 8 people, booking essential.
